McDonald's in Kassel

Technical problem hit twice. It's not so bad. But two happy meals without toys. It appears on the receipt, but not there. Child always disappoints.

Allegedly still open for 1 hour to be picked up, checked the door again, but only usable via drive in. Customize your signs!

We paid and waited in the parking lot for meals for 30 minutes. ?????

I am a customer there for half my life and have always been competently supplied with delicious products.

It's an MC. Nothing special, but the kids love the present at the happy meal

Overworked MA, but at least competent manager who made up for the long waiting time.

Served in the car

No rush, so the friendly employee was able to explain the function of the new order type to me in peace. If you order here more often, it is easy to handle. I'm not sure if I like it. I like it better to communicate with the staff. Therefore deduct one point for the time being. The fries were very good though.

We were satisfied. Nice thing to be able to order with the app and pay at the same time. But with the mystery glasses the kid is probably full. I got the glass in a dreary gray, as did others who complained about it.

My burger tasted delicious but only lukewarm, the fries were not crispy, lukewarm, tasted slack and not salted ... Had ordered potato wedges once, came french fries twice ... complained that the potato wedges should then be brought to the table. We're done with food still none there. You forgot us. For the time being, we have enough food in the golden seagull ...

A real juice shop ... Unfriendly sayings from the boss. Wait 30 minutes for food ... never again ... Macces is getting worse ...

Was there at 10 a.m., so the burgers were of course made fresh for me. The quality is as you would expect, so nothing to complain about! :)

Hurray, finally breakfast again. I am happy that there is breakfast again. Today I was there and was lucky enough to come across a really nice waitress who helped me to enter my order into the terminal. I had my things in no time. Thanks again to the lovely young lady! And we liked it too. I'll be back soon. Today I was there again, this time at the car counter. Even today everything is fine.

Cold fries, brought back and then had greasy not fried fries again, burgers good, but also lukewarm

The employees in this branch are very friendly, but overwhelmed when it is busy. The pre-order via app did not work here either and the order would have to be repeated. In the Happy Meal, the drink and ice cream were also missing. And the fries were totally cold. If the kids are not attracted by the Glubschi toy, I'd rather go to the Burger King across the street. Or even better, to Marivos, a few meters away.

You notice how the prices have risen again. Price / performance ratio is unfortunately no longer right at all. But that is probably not the restaurant itself. The cleanliness is not so good.

Were served about an hour ago. The order was processed very quickly and the employee was very friendly, unfortunately my 6 nuggets were forgotten, really annoying. I would have complained about the feedback page, but it says that my purchase was too far back after half an hour? It's a shame that you can't claim damages :(.

By far the worst McDonalds I've ever ordered and eaten in. The staff is unfriendly and seems overwhelmed and the order came after some waiting incomplete and incorrect. The complaint was received with little understanding. If you go to McDonalds in the Kassel area, you should better avoid this restaurant or go to the competition on the other side of the street.

The food didn't taste good, because of the long waiting time, the employees had to make our ice cream again because it had already melted. However, they were very friendly.

Only thing open that late. Friendly service. Food ain't containing any nutrients. Staff can't do anything about the recipe-- ok marks for the people /zero stars for the M-company. I want eatable food the real thing.

Nice ambience and friendly staff.. The good place is it's open 24hrs I had reached Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe Bahnhof at 11pm and had a train to Passau at 6:30am I spent my time here... The sitting arrangement is good with light music in the background.. Should definitely visit if you have layover in Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe

They gave me no eggs on my mac toast cheese and bacon and it was flat like a pancake
